I met a retired gentleman to buy wheat pennies. While talking with him he shared that he did not have an interest in the wheaties but collected currency. He has an 1899 $2 note which is inverted on the reverse. Does anyone know of a good on-line source to get information on the potential value? I found a $1 note reversed offered on Ebay for $1250 under a Buy It Now auction so I am not sure if that is a good indicator.
