This looks like a nice RPM, but it also looks like die fatigue, but why only on the MM? D/Tilted D ???

Just re-read your post and missed a key word, Tilted. I see the mark that your looking at on the lower serif. But it might be circulation damage. I'm deleting my first comment on your coin as I thought you were looking at the East, shadow. Duh....
