Changed forum configuration

It seems that very lately there have been a LOT of users register, and there's a good reason for it. They are mostly spammers - viagra, cialis, etc. Just a bunch of crap that could be asking for trouble.

As a measure to attempt to thwart future problems, I made a change to the forum. I believe the change I made will require that anyone wanting to register to the forum will have to be approved by me. It is at least somewhat possible that the change could affect something unforeseen, and you folks could have troule posting here - who knows...

So, to head off anyone getting their brain dislodged over me disallowing them to post, I'm here to say just email me if you are having trouble posting or reading posts. I'm always pretty easy to find, cd@coppercoins.com
