getting closer? these picture are of the upper west post/planter and lower bays on a 2005 D

The middle image is more promissing. It looks like a DD on the planter. The other two are too close to tell what you are looking at.

I agree with Coop's assessment. You really need to back out on the pic a little bit so I can have a look at the areas around the area in question. We do have precident on this type of doubled die, so it is possible. See if it looks something like the pics ot this link....

Most of the images I am seeing here are telling of minor doubled dies, but these should be posted in the die varieties area. Doubled dies are not errors, and I almost missed these posts because they are in the errors area, a place I do not often check.
