Posted the wrong information. I thought you were thinking 1951-D #10. Don't know where I got sidetracked. It looks like the same location and upper OM on them. Great find. I'm more of a RPM man, so when I found a South looking RPM, I didn't see a listing, not looking at the OM listings, then Bob pointed it out to me.

Its funny how you get used to thinking one thing when it could be another.....

How do you get to the OMM listings here? I have been searching for quite a while and I was too embarrassed to ask

Hi Garry...
The OMM listings for all of the known over mintmarks are at the end of the D mint RPM listings. (ie 1951D-1MM-001 vs 1951D-1OM-001) If you were to do a search on all mintmark varieties for a certain year, coppercoins lists them alphabetically, so the OMMs would be between the D mintmark and S mintmark varieties. The exception to this is the 1946 S/D which is the very last listing under 1946S.
As far as I know...coppercoins.com has pics of all known overmintmark varieties. (1944D (2), 1946S (1), 1951D (2), 1952D (1), 1956D (2), and 1980D (1))
Nothing to be embarassed about

Not quite all of them yet, and it's my fault. Often left out of the list due to oversight is the little known 1911D-1OM-001. I have a coin, will be taking photos sometime soon and including them on the site.

Bob: The one I posted was the one you helped me to identify. Found it in a roll of BU coins. Just one though....

That's cool Coop. I wasn't sure. I have found that same die in a BU roll, and there was only one of them in there as well. Maybe they were putting them in there like that on purpose
