The 5 of the date is Master Die Doubling as denoted in CHucks book 'Looking Through Lincoln Cents' AS far as the ST of TRUST is concerned, I just can't tell. It looks like it may have possibilities of being a doubled die.

Small correction - the 5 of the date is not master die doubling, rather a normal part of the design. It was intended this way. All cents from 1965 have this design characteristic.
Regarding the other notching - hard to tell from photos. It could be die wear or it could be a doubled die. Further examination of the coin would be required to tell.
