How do you get Avatars to work?

It's a "working issue" I have going on with the folks who wrote the script. I'll find out, fix it, and announce the fix has been made.

Testing to see if I got the avatar issue fixed. Helps when you make the folder for avatars writeable. DUH!

I dunno...I got an avatar to show in my user profile, but it won't show on any posts. Not sure what to do next, and I will be gone all weekend. I guess I will take care of it Monday.

Last one on this subject for the day....I do not have a gallery ready for canned avatars, but if you're careful about the image size and file size of the avatar you want to use (125X125 max and 16K filesize max) you should now be able to re-upload your own avatars and use them.

I had a hard time with the directory structure for the avatar gallery when I first put it up.

This is what I ended up with on my site:
