If I was looking to buy a 1909-s vdb or 1914-d would it be better to buy a certified coin by n g c or p c gs because there are so many fakes out there?

Bruce, As far as the 14D goes. you may want to check our web site at http://www.lincolncent.com we have a couple for sale, and Chuck guarantees their authenticity. For all the rest of you who may be looking for coins to fill your albums, visit the lincolncent.com web site. Chuck has added a couple hundred in the past few days. We are listing both raw coins and varieties.
