I had a day off today and was goin through some Lincolns. The old eyes aren't too good anymore so it takes a day like today to brose a couple. I've got good news and bad news. Good: it's a FS-012. Bad: Lincoln was in a bar fight.
It still isn't too bad a coin Mike. Congrats on the find though. It kinda reminds me of a real nice 1919 AU coin I found a few months ago. Beautiful coin with the exception of a scratch on the obverse. I wonder if the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser will work on fixing these minor problems on our nice coins? _________________ Bob Piazza

Well at least that is a bag scratch. Image how much somebody was taking out their frustrations on a coin. They must have been sorry later when they recognized what it WOULD have been worth.
