I wouldn't call this coin a 10% off center as the Lister does. It is a very nice double strike though. You gonna buy it for me Garry?

It looks to me like a double strike coin. Not machine doubled, but struck twice 10% off center and second strike on center. Interesting coin, but the condition would scare me away. If it were truly an error, someone should have pulled earlier in circulation.
