What's the latest BIE cent that anyone has found, by latest I mean beyond the 1960's, when they supposedly changed the die design to keep that from happening. I found a 1994 which kind of suprised me a little bit, because I thought that it wasn't supposed to happen anymore. I'll post a pic later..........

The latest I have found is a 1996.

There are no more bi dies after the Clinton error. That was the beginning of don't ask, don't tell. Sorry for the bad humor. I also sent in my recommendation that the Clinton presidential dollar coin hava a naked woman on the back. The mint said they were having trouble deciding which naked woman would make the best bust for the coin.

Sorry, but that isn't a BIE. Its a IIB. On the wheat Cents the wheat stems made contact in the BIE area. Must just be a die crack in that area, cause the contact there is less than the wheat Cents.

Sometimes memorials do get by
With wheats I saw people collect them in several locations but with memorials I rarely see it anyplace.

Doesn't matter, Steve - pretty much any die break between letters in LIBERTY is called a "BIE die break" simply because it is all caused by the same thing.
True that 1958 saw a general end to this sort of error, however we have two sets of photos here that prove they were out there for many years to follow. This could be one of many reasons why the shape and depth of the letters in LIBERTY were changed many times over the past 20 years.

Okay - a few newer ones, although not full "BIE"s, I am sure that they will tturn into that.

Found a box with a lot of these. Not full but working on it. Able to see the progression to a point. Opened about 5 rolls from the box and gave it up. Nothing but these. Those opened I just dumped into circulation.
