Ah, ok, I couldn't tell. Seems like a lot of the time when something shows up in circulation that or something similar is said, with the sayer is being completely serious because "there's absolutely no way that coin/note could have been in circulation for x number of years without being picked out!"
Yep.
Just like there was no way man could travel faster than 30 MPH. Or fly.
