So if I get Snow's Flying Eagle and Indian Cent Attribution Guide, 2nd edition. Vol 4 1890-1909, would it have this variety listed? Would this be the best reference guide on RPDs and MPDs?

I agree, and FYI, it also comes in a 3-ting binder, loose-leaf, as well as spiral bound. It also has the new 1890's, which was not in print, before.

Yep--that's the most authoritative guide around for IHCs.
And, as Dick pointed out--new RPDs for the 1900-08 series are still being discovered.

As I have pointed out, some of the pictures leave a little to be desired, it is the best we have to work with. I guess I have been "spoiled" with Kurts pictures!
