This looks like a decent EF 1912S coin. Tough to find nice RPM's on coins this age.

Very well could be # 001, but I would expect to see a stronger spread, especially on the lower loop. Here are a couple of pics of the one I have. I may have to try and do an overlay to confirm is your is #001.
