In the past I collected world coins by date. That got fairly unwieldy so I took it down to type. Now I'm going to one coin per country so I have many coins to get rid of and I'm giving Coppercoins users first crack.

If there are any world coins you're looking for, by date, type, theme, country, etc, let me know what you're looking for and I'll see what I have.

I guess we all change things as we continue to progress in the hobby, huh Smed??

Anyway...if you have any of your world coins with repunched dates or nice die doubling, I would be interested in those...OK??

Bob, it's just getting to be too much. 1500+ US coins, 500 Mexican, probably 300+ Canadian and 300+ Great Britain, another couple of hundred Australian (I'm keeping all of the previous) ON TOP OF another 4000 in the world type set. I rarely look at the world type, so it's time to trim.

As far as RPD or DD go, I don't know of any and there are simply way too many to look at -- if you have an idea of dates let me know and I'll check. I know there are some well-known examples, but I don't know what they are.

I'll see if I can't research a bit and see what I can come up with. Other than that, I know what you mean about it becoming 'too much'. Good luck with trying to trim the collection. I have never had much luck trying to do that Laughing

Gabe, send me a private message with date ranges, I don't think you want all of them, at least not Brazil. At least half is modern junk, much of the rest are a few bucks each, minimum.

I just realized I put this in the wrong forum. If one of you admin types would move it to the buy sell trade forum I'd appreciate it.

Not gonna sweat it right now Smed. This is where the folks who have responded know where it is. After it has ended, or when you want us to, we can delete it, or just leave it as is.
