I ran out of the only case I received of the second edition and never reordered. There are a number of places where it is available to include Barnes and Noble. I'm not sure I will be restocking it because I don't get copy credit from the publisher by selling it myself. It's counter productive to my contract to sell them myself. _________________ C. D.
