Most here should know that I have been working out for about a month, after a 11 year seditary slump. At this time last month I weighed in at 221 lbs. and I currently weigh 202 lbs.

I have finally come up with the guts to not only show my bare torso in public, but to actually photo it so you folks could follow my progress....I'll do this again next month and we'll see if I changed any over the month.

Good deal Chuck. I have been working out since I hit 225 in November and I reached 199 for the first time today. I am still as ugly as ever. I did it by using an "erg" , which is a rowing machine, for about 20 - 30 minutes a day then about 30 - 45 minutes on weight machines. I also jog a mile a few times a week. I cut down on the eating too. I only took 2 or 3 inches off the waist however. I am at 36 inches. Thats the toughest thing to get rid of at 50 yrs old.

Garry...I had to read your post twice...especially when you said you hit 225 in November. I was thinking you gotta be looking pretty good if you're 225 years old, and still doing exercises Exclamation Exclamation Exclamation
