Bob "Over the rainbow and at the end of the yellow brick road". Our club does have one of the best shows in Florida (not as BIG as the FUN show), however still worth the time to drive here from that "PEN" you live in. BTW do you have one of the 1974S RPN's I posted here today in new finds?

I might decide to go if I find time in the weekend to get there. Bob, you think you can attend the show?

Ok, now how about some directions? I might be able to go Sunday.... depends on my workload. Heck, I'm still not sure if I'll be able to make it to Lakeland this coming Sunday, and it's only a 45 minute drive...

Ditto on Smeds request for directions. Orlando is a pretty big place which is why I asked 'where in Orlando'. I used MapQuest to get directions to "Over the rainbow and at the end of the yellow brick road", but I really don't want to drive 14 million, 500,966 miles.
There is a chance I can make it.
As far as your 1974S RPM, I have not seen one before Jack. It looks pretty convincing to me. Great find!

The show is held at the Central Florida Fairgrounds, 4603 West Colonial Drive Orlando Fl 32808 in "Hall C". Colonial Drive is also known as US highway 50 on road maps. I will be at the front desk Friday to help with registration when we open at Noon and will be at the Show Sat. afternoon to help with our Boy Scout Merit Badge Workshop. Hope to see each of you at the show. As you may know a three day show will thin out on Sunday so the best days I think are Fri, and Sat.

I went to the last one and it was a great show and being on RT# 50 it is not that hard to find. I'll be there when the doors open.

Will do Jack, it will be a pleasure to meet you. I'll be signing in as BJ Neff so that you now have a name attached to that "wavysteps2003", . See you at the show and anyone else who can make it.

Very nice Orlando show and of course the talk was on the prices of gold and silver. With the way the market is fluctuating on these commodities, the dealers are a bit wary on selling gold and silver coins.
By total accident, I picked up a 1930D-1MM-004 in MS-63/64 quality for $10.00. Neither the dealer or myself knew that the coin had a RPM. Also got a nice 1951 PROOF LINCOLN and three rotated dies of varying degrees (1921, 1927, 1969).
Other than that, the varities were slim pickings and of those that were available, all were encapsulated.
Did get to met Jack who invited me to their next meeeting of the club. Will try to make one in the future.
You all have a good one.

I can't believe I just plain forgot about the show. This would have been a great weekend for me to travel the 5 or 6 hours to get there too.
I am sorry guys. No excuse for missing it!
