Can anyone tell me about a $100 brass coal mine token from "Newport Mercantile Co.", possibly from West Virginia or Kentucky? It's round, brass and about the diameter of a half dollar. Not having any luck w/ internet searches.

Newport Kentucky seems to have brass tokens. Newport Virginia tokens are aluminum. Nothing on this list in Rhode Island
