Don't yell at me too loudly, but for the most part, the only thing I look for on cents is type 1 and 2 reverses. However, if not for that I wouldn't have found this cent which to me looks like a die gouge. 3 pics from different viewpoints, the 2nd is a bit blurry... oh well... c'est la vie.

Hi All - Mike Diamond classified these as "die scrapes" for they are a bit different than die gouges. These lines, for some odd reason, run from NW to SE every time and I have seen placement of "die scrapes" on all parts of the reverse, however, I can not recall seeing them on the obverse of any Lincoln cent.
