Noticed something on this 1957D that I believe is a 1MM-007 however I think it is an EDS showing a spread to the south as well as a lower split serif. If I am right with this then the 1MM-007 would be a D/D/D. This also may have been to minor to list as a triple though. What do you think.
Steven: Just took out my example to see if it had that very minor split and it does and it has the rim gouge above TRUST.Check to see if you have strong die scratches only on the inside of the R on AMERICA? on the lower inside of the R there are two that appear on the lower half of the R. _________________ Richard S. There is a die scratch in the loop of the R and a couple of barely recognizable marks high between the legs of the R. They all flow at the same angle.
Steven
I would say then it is 007. Your die state is similar to yours, but earlier. I can see two scratches in side the loop on my coin. Also there were some still showing between the other letters. _________________ Richard S. Cooper
