From what I can see, I don't see any separation to the North like 001 has. The way you can tell if a coin is just showing wear around the edges of the mintmark is to compare the same areas around the date. If tye show the same type of wear, then it is a worn die. But when you find separtion between the punchings of the mintmark, then you've found a RPM. So I feel this one is just a worn example. The mark on the upright catches my attention, but afraid that is a hit from circulation. It it was re-punch mark, the width would be wider in that area of the upright with a lower area between the two punchings.
Note the extra thickness of the mintmark compare with the digits of the date. A miss punch makes the mintmark larger or split at the corners.
