Looks to be kinda minor but interesting if it is a DDO. A notch at the top right of the 4 with light separation from that nothch down and light separation to the inner left curve of the 0. Your Thoughts Please..
And again I had problems with getting a good photo

Not real sure on that one, but it could be die wear, like the poor man's (so called) doubled die. The outside edges of the die show the wear first. I would wait till someone else comments as they may have another opinion.

There is Master Die Doubling for this year that affects the 4 and 0 of the date. From what I can see in your pic, that seems to be what you have. If you have Chucks book, it is on page 99 of the first edition, and page 136 of the second edition.
