While going through circulated cents you see years that have the nicest DD's and you have years that little is know for having anything. But for a long time one of the years that seemed to be less interesting was 1996-D. There are a few DD for that year. But I found something different on one from this year. Here it is:
Double Bar. I didn't know they were out there
