No, I didn't make it (off the PCGS boards) but thought it was kinda humorous...

22-S huh? I checked it out and PCGS has that cert# listed as a 22-D. Someone got creative.

I created a 1999 Delaware doubled die using Photoshop and thought about using it as a gag for April Fools, but with the near total misunderstanding among many regarding the fact that doubled dies cannot exist on statehood quarters (many STILL look in statehood quarters for doubling), I figured that gag might be quite counterproductive, so I didn't release it. It did look quite convincing, though.
