I can't tell from the pics. That head could just be a bubble or die dent but then we have seen some doubling on statues so it could be real.
I have seen that seller sell some minor but real varieties in the past. Unlike some that only sell absolute junk.

ED, it looks like Abe is sporting a "halo" I think the "bump is just that, a bump, but the outline th the nW, and the "halo", give me the idea that it is pretty good . Hope it turns out that way.

I agree with Ed. That seller normally knows his stuff, but I am not so sure about this one. My only complaint about him is that EVERYTHING is 'rare, scarce, extremely rare' etc.

Bad picture, bad attribution, bad auction. Typical from this seller.

it's funny how we all clue in on sellers.
Some are good all around but you still need to be on your toes.
Some exagerate so everything is rare no matter how minor but they aren't exactly faking the stuff.
Some think a double strike of a year with a real ddo like a 69-s, 84 ear, 83 rev, 72 date rates the pcgs price guide price.
Some try to pass the buck by listing junk and saying their local dealer said yada yada yada.
Some are total crooks selling real counterfeits.
Some are making stuff and sometimes even admitting it.
Some sell real stuff but think it's worth 10X of reality.
Some sell ok stuff but aggrivate you with high shipping or put that paypal loggo on it but want money orders etc...
It's a learning just to watch the listings.

The main question is whether this coin would be listable as a die variety. From what I can see I would have to say not. Too much imagination being placed on every little bump and line - I'm not impressed.
