There are times when I log in and read posts for a while and then leave for 30 min and come back I have to log in again and I never did log out befor I left. Why can't I just log in and leave it that way until Im done and if that is hours so be it can you please tell me why ?

Bruce, you may not have clicked the place that says log me in AUTOMATICALLY, each time I visit the forum. It is next to the "log in" box.

This site is based on PHP programming. Suffice to say that is a language that has 'sessions' built in that remember you only for 20 minutes without changing pages, etc. If you leave to come back in an hour, etc., just come back every 15-20 minutes and refresh the page.
