Congratulations, Bob, on your finding of DDR#55. That took some close scrutiny! Now I know I have to make some overlays, so I can go about it the right way, for a change.

Dick,
If you're talking about a DDR #55 it must be one of those Minnesota quarters?
Hardly anything else is up to that number yet

Ah ha! That must be it, because I did discover the Minnesota Die # 55 as well as the number 36. I also have a few that Ken Potter has now that will be new discoveries, and I also discovered a second DDO (Doubled ear lobe).
Thanks Dick for the congrats, and thanks Ed for steering us on the right track.

RIGHT! I was talking about "two-bit" pieces. The Numismatic News came in today, and has Bob on the front page, with his DDR #55. Actually, it ends with the page referral, and the last words were Bob Piazza....page 42. I like the quarters a little better, because I can see them!

B ob, do you want the whole article, or the part that referrs to you?
There are several pictures, an the complete article covers about two pages, maybe a bit more. I have it in front of me.
FWIW, I just came back from the store, and it will be a couple hours, before I get my vision back. So if there are more than normal extra letters, please, "Don't be Cruel"!

Dick,
I went out today to buy a copy, and there are none to be had. I thought I was the only one who collected around here. I would love to read the entire article, but any info you can email will be much appreciated.

Bob, I copied the whole thing, and it was sent by email.
Let me know if you have any problems with it.
