I have a suagr and creamer set that is marked on the bottom "silver99%" and 5 sppon and fork set that comes in a box. on the back of the forks and spoons all I can read is art. Click on the pics should enlarge them.

I don't know anything about this sort of thing - all I know is that the image you presented has Korean writing in it.
I don't see my dad all that often, and don't generally plan my trips there much ahead of time. I won't be there this month, that's for sure. I'm not sure whether I will be back down that way before the Memphis show at the end of February.

I poked around google and a few hallmark sites, didn't see anything even close.

The flatware is ying and yang serving set for seafood. And unless that creamer has a pour spout I would guess caviar set. send me better pictures and ill get all the info for you.
