I have a 1932D Lincoln which has the extra loop in the 3 on the date. This variety is listed in Wexlers book but there is no picture or listing of this variety at this site. Was it overlooked or has it been determined that it is not a true double die or overdate?

If you would check the 2 in the date also and see if there is any doubling there. Could be very weak depending on the die wear .

It's not listed on this site because it is master die doubling. A large number of 1932 cents from both mints are like that. Same thing (different areas of doubling though) occurred in 1938, 1944, 1957, 1961, and 1972...along with the possibility of other years I may be forgetting right now.
