Perhap's it is MD but it's only on the top part of the S to the West. Also there is a knob or blob to the south and east of the S. There isn't any picture's on CC so I was wondering what it was.

Rhubarb,
My first guess would be MD, but it is difficult to tell based on your photo. There is a small chance that it could be an actual RPM, but it would have to be examined to be absolutely sure.

Should I send it in to be attributed. It does appear to be different from the other coin's that I have looked at.

DAvid, it is hard to be sure, but I tend to think it is MD, also. The "blur" to the east id not clear enough to say.
