I have posted alot of picture's on coin's and alot of them have been something else like MD. I don't know for sure if this is one or not. Thank's for your help.

Of hand, I would say that what you are seeing is called "die detrioration doubling" This is evident from the heavy metal flow lines near the rim, which would indicate a VLDS coin. Having said that, there does appear to be some added thickness on the bottom of the 9 and 1 of the date which maybe something else. An in hand examination would be needed to determine what that is.
