Just Testing...joined the forum a little over a week ago and then immediately went on vacation, now am poking my way around the site.
However since you asked about pics I just sent a email to CD asking about uploading personal images for use as an avatar. Is that possible and how do you go about doing that if it is?
Thank you,
Jeff

Hello Reardon,
Both Bob P and Coppercoins can upload a avatar. Bob put mine on for me.
Welcome to the Forum and Happy Hunting.

Jeff,
I will be happy to take care of your Avatar for you. The size is 125 X 125 pixels. However, if you send me a pic, I can do the editing, and upload the avatar to the site and to your account with no problems. You can email it to me at bobp@coppercoins.com.

Jeff, it never made it again to my coppercoins account, and only one of the two sent to the Earthlink account worked. Anyway, I got it, and you're all set up. If there's anything else I can do, please let me know.

Bob,
Email is very weird sometimes... I want to really say thanks for sticking with me on this one. By the way is CD at a show somwhere? I seem to remember him telling me about being at a show this weekend.

Jeff: did you note the color differences on your coin. That is not age, but the mix of the copper then wasn't as good as they later became. The appearance on some older wheat Cents almost look like wood. So don't work about it, it comes with the coins from that era. Great looking coin!

Jeff,
Chuck is at a show in Charlotte this weekend. He should be back at his home by Monday.
No problems with the Avatars, but the emails may be. You are the second one this evening who sent emails that I have not received. I hate it when those gremlins steal my emails!
Anyway, I am glad you're all set up now.
