The FG on this 1990-P looks wide and similar to the 1989 DDR.
Look like a new DDR?

Doesn't really look like it Ed. Is there any other extra thickness? How about some notching on CENT or AMERICA? Dies tend to wear and the devices get thicker over time. This might be what we see here.

I don't see anything else, maybe right along the building edge next to FG it looked like a slight crack was starting. The die looked like it's fairly worn so it might just be getting wide from age.
