There are 3 Gouge mark's under the Ear. A line pertruding from Lincoln's beard.(top lock) The 99 look's to be rotated. Didn't see this on the site. Any Idea's?

I'm guessing coin wrapper damage on date, LIBERTY machine doubled and probably on Jaw. The mark on the neck, maybe orange rind? Looks like not much in die doubling on this one. Gets your eyes a going. But not much really there collectable as far as I can see.

Also...If you take a look at other 1992s, you will see that the hair curl on the upper portion of the beard is actually part of the design. It shows up much better on uncirc or EDS coins.
