David, when I find one like that, and there have been several, I just toss them back in the roll, and mark it as keepers, w/o markers. One day We can go back and identify all of them, hopefully. I am back in another roll of '07's. Don't give up hope. Philly has a reputation for putting out a lot of collectable "Boo-Boos". So far all I have found is die cracks, and wavy steps. I know there are bars, because they are posted on the site.
Maybe one of our "next in line" collectors will find and identify them. I say next in line, because I don't have any collectors in the family. One grandson collects miniature cars. His brother collects large paychecks: He is an Industrial Architecual Engineer. Two other grandsons are in the Army, no big paychecks there! Another is a Police Officer, and the fourth os a Fireman.
