I'm curious to know if anyone has come across a 1992-P where the EPU shows minor notching on the NW corners of the letters? Primarily on the pluribus. I came across one last night and did a little search for it on this site, coneca etc but didn't find anything. It's very minor and takes strong magnification to see it so it's probably not very listable. But was just wondering if anyone else has run across it in their past searches.

Hi Rock - Could you give us a picture of the doubling?

Hi BJ,
I'll try tonight after work. I haven't mastered the camera work yet and my smaller details are still fuzzy but will attempt it later this evening.

Thanks Rock - it would help. Who knows, it may just be a doubled die.

I hestitate to post these pics. Its so minor and my lighting is wrong, kind of rushed thru it, so I don't expect much of a response. Here it is anyway. Just a reminder, I'm looking at the NW corners and the minute notching.

Hi Rock - Great pictures and you can see the very faint notching on some of the letters. However, I think that Chuck and Bob would agree that this is a very minor (possible) doubled die.
We all must remember that every multiple hubbed die is actually a doubled die; it is the degree of offset between the first hubbing to the second hubbing that makes it collectible. The stronger the offset, the more collectible it is.
Other than that, your pictures show what you are talking about, which is a great step in the right direction.

Ok. Thanks guys. I think I'll go ahead and keep it. I can find room for it somewhere.
