I can't make out what this was struck through.
It looks like letters but I'm not sure.

LOL (Mars)
It is an 07 Washington Dollar.
It has definition, but I can't make it out.

I thought the miniture S looked unique, but I feel all that it is unique. The bigger craters are probably circulation/bag marks from the coins banging against each other. The reason I say that is the contact mark on the rim below the craters that look straight. Looks like a bump off and scratched to me. Possibly a quarter with the reading. Collectable I would say no, on ebay you could sell Mars with enough hype.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm
The flat/straight dent is to far away from the oddity,
for it to be a bag mark,
or point of contact impression from another coin.
Also, it is uncirculated, so it couldn't come from a quarter.

If struck into the coin, it would either have to be debris/strike through wire and other anomolies with the coin. It it is raised from the surface, it would have been die damage like scratches/gouges/other unknowns. But it doesn't look real collectable. Just seems to be an unknown factor. Ebay is selling a lot of grabbing for straw items just to make a sale. I had to narrow my search in the errors section to just Cents as I would have wasted a lot of time sifting through the error dollars a record number posting daily. Probably the least interesting lots on the error site on ebay. But still still flushing their money on them. It's just not my thing.
