well its official, my new wife and I went to the hospital today for an ultrasound to make sure everything is healthy on the baby and we found out its a girl!!! We are going to name her Madison Marie Ballein and I'm SUPER excited. I have started a coin collection for her consisting of the "traditional" birthyear set...so far i have a 2007 silver eagle in MS-69...and thats about it. Im wondering how hard it would be to get some high mint state coins from 2007. Im planning on getting her either a mint set or proof set for 2007, but i would also like to get her some slabbed coins..mainly for longevity(accidents happen). Any ideas on where i could possibly locate some high end Mint state coins for 2007 would be greatly appreciated.

I would do a search on ebay for what year of coins you wish. Then have them mail you a search when those coins come up for auction. Should be real hard to find those. But in higher grades it might take the determination to hold out for the best ones. Just watch pricing. If a bunch of people jump o it, let it go. If it is a deal and you can get it for a great price, then go for. They come and go, so don't settle, but get what you want. There are other places like the HSN if you don't mind giving them your shirt, shoes, wallet, credit cards and anything else they could take from you. The go they hype method and it may take 100 years to get back out of it what they want.
But go at it slow and see what is available and give her something she would be proud to say, "My Dad bought this just for ME."
