PCGS liss a minor DDO?

I thought PCGS only listed certain CPG listed DDOs on holders then once in a while you see stuff like this.

Does anyone know if they do list minor DDOs in their error service?

It would be nice to know what the doubling is on. I believe if you ask them to list it as a doubled die or RPM, they will do so if they can find a valid reference for it. This is certainly not a well known doubled die, but obviously they were able to verify it although mistakes have been made in the past.
