Can't tell you too much about it other than it is an imperial roman coin, probably dating from around the early hundreds
200-600 AD. I can't quite make out the name of the person, and I have a book that I will try to look through to get you more info.

I'm something of a novice at Roman/Greek coins, but, after doing a bit of research, I believe this is a Roman coin of Aurelian, a.k.a. Lucius Domitius Aurelianus. He was emperor from 270-275 AD and did a lot, militarily speaking, to expand the Roman Empire.

The "heads" side of the coin says (I think) "IMP AURELIANUS AUG" which means "Emperor Aurelian" and "AUG" means "Augustus" which is one of the emperor's titles.
The "tails" side of Roman coins usually have an allegorical depiction of the Roman gods or a personification of things like "peace". I can't tell which one this is, but if I had to guess I'd say it says "Honos" which translates to "Honor" but I can't make out the wording so this may be wrong.
As for denomination, I'd guess it's a "dupondius" or maybe an "as" but I'm not sure.
