Looks like an 1867-XXIIR 1 lira from the Papal States, now Vatican City. 5g of .835 silver with an ASW of .1342 TO. Krause 19th Century 4th edition lists it at 4 bucks in F12, yours looks to have nice details, but problems out the wazoo... if you're interested, it's KM-1378.

I believe the "XXII" is the 22nd year of the papacy of Pope Pius IX. The "R" represents the Rome mint.
