I can't open my messages

For days now I haven't been able to open my PM's. I used both Internet Explorer and Firefox.

I could find nothing wrong with your Private Message folder. The database shows you have no PMs, so I will send you a test message. Give it a try again...OK?

Thanks Bob. This is what I get when I try to open past messages. This is how your message is reading also. There's no way to respond. to you, so I have to post it here. Sorry. Is it my computer? I'm not computer savy, so if it is.. HELP!!

I am going to attemp to do some things to see if I can't figure this thing out. I tried a repair on the private message table, so we'll see if that works first. Give it one more try and let me know if it worked. If it doesn't, The first thing I am going to do is reset your password so I can see what's happening. I will send you an email in a minute to let you know what the temporary password will be and so that I can let you know what I can figure out.

OK Mary,
I've got it figured out. I reset your password and did a repair on the private message files. Using your user name and temporary password, I was able to access all of your private messages with no difficulties at all. I have sent you an email with the temporary password, but you can read this post without signing on. Go ahead and give it one more try to make sure everything is working now. If it isn't, then it must be a problem with your computer or something local because it works fine from here. Let me know...either here or by email.
