Bob, can you tell me if there is any reason I shouldn't down-load photos from the site? My reason for asking, and (doing), is to work with my set of figures, (from triangulation), of the 1960-D. I can't read my notes now, so by comparing, and re-doing all the figures, I'll have a good reference to work with. If it turns out to be wothy, I migh go for another date. Comments?

Dick,
You certainly can download the photos for your own personal use. The problem we have been having is folks downloading the photos for auctions and such where they can make a personal gain from them, and not giving coppercoins.com the credit for the photos. They are all copyrighted photos. All you need do is ask Chuck or myself (like you did here) and unless we have an issue with your reasoning, permission is normally granted.

Bob, thank you. No I would not use them for auctions, or other similar uses. If I should publish, (post one with which I had done something to enhance it, or my work, I would have to give credit where credit is due). I will use them for a faster access for comparison, than the site. I will eventually put them into a category, according to each charactiristic, (SP), IE the MM location with respect to the tail of the "9". Even, high, low, and in each case the distance . I keep trying to get a step, or two into overlays, but it gets so frustrating, that I close tha PS, and go "cool off" for a while! It is only going to get worse, because of my vision. That is why I think I'll have to have someone show me by telling me what, where, and when, to get the result. The overlays are my goal, but also my biggest headache. Meantome, the site has the photos, and I can make use of them for Identification. Thanks, again, Bob.
