Just found this one tonight. Could it be a 2 over a 3? Or just post-mint damage?

It looks like a piece of metal from the top of the 2 of the date. Definitely post mint.

Hello Bob,

I thought that too. The bottom piece does seem to be pushed under, but the top part looks to be further out than a normal 2 from that date.
