Die clashes happen a lot in that area and to remove them they remove part of the shallow devise for the shirt. So that is what I feel you are seeing there.

That is not a die crack, but the actual outline of the profile. That area just seems to lack all the detail normally found there. It could be from polishing or maybe struck through something, or maybe even a displaced lamination peel.
