sorry it took so long, but here are some closer pics.

also what should a Quarter weigh normally.

I'll take over to my coin dealer and get it weighed. (need to buy a cheap scale that weighs out .001)

This coin looks like it suffers from standard environmental damage. Someone probably left or dropped it outside and it got wet and started corroding. The green on the reeded edge is corrosion of the copper in the core.
