the tops of the word AMERICA have been pushed at the top causing, which looks the doubling of the letters.
Is this caused by hub doubling

Coin contact can cause some of this, but it looks like yours was caused by die movement. You see that a lot on machine doubled coins. Just part of the minting process and not considered out of specifications for the mint.
