ED, this link reminds mem of the nickel I posted the other day, 50% off center. It is clearly "out of round, and as such I would think it wouldn't roll easily, but then if it came in one of those coin condoms, yes it would fit. The weight was right on, and the coin looked good. The owner was surprised when I told him it ewas worth ten, to twenty dollars. He is keeping it for the time being.

You'll probably see some of these nickels on ebay for sale. Put some dirt on them and sell them off.

That wouldn't surprise me! Tyat is an idea of the "respect for other, and their property", that prevails nowdays, since the rod that didn't allow the child to be spoiled, has been trashed, and we now see just how spoiled the child has become! I guess I was born 50 years too soon!
