Per page 107 of the May 17 Coin World, the coins were found by Billy Crawford of South Carolina. They show notching in the top parts of LIBERTY. They also are considering a new Class IX ("snaps back into correct horizontal alignment") categorization.

CW shows some pics. Both 2001 and 2003 show notching at the upper left of each letter in LIBERTY. The reverse of the 2001 has small die gouges in someo f the columns (can't tell which ones) and a small gouge above the hedges at the right lower corner of the Memorial (near "FG"). The left arm of "Y" in LIBERTY is twice as thick as the other arm.

The 2003 has a die crack in Lincoln's forehead and polishing marks at the earlobe.

Oddly enough, I am the person who coined that classification, although it would probably be denied vemiantly. Class 9, "shifted hub doubling," is a coppercoins invented term.
